Safe 4 the Right Reasons: A simple yet sophisticated safety message that eliminates accidents and injuries by getting employees to practice safe behaviors because they WANT to, not because they HAVE to. This presentation delivers what Safety Professionals and Companies have been trying to instill in their employees forever – valuing their own safety and willingly watch out for each other.
Safe 4 the Right Reasons gives employees the ability to watch out for one another in a positive and respectful way. The message serves as the foundation of positive safety culture.

WELCOME BACK TO IN-PERSON MONTHLY LUNCH MEETINGS
Orrville Area Safety Council monthly lunch and learn meetings will be held the second Wednesday of each month at The University of Akron Wayne College, 1901 Smucker Road, Orrville. The agenda will be 11:30am lunch buffet followed by noon meeting and educational session. The meeting will conclude at 1pm.

Dale has earned the distinction of a master communicator. His mix of safety experience, entrepreneurial spirit and sales and marketing talents makes him a fresh and unique presenter. As a Keynote & Featured Speaker at over 100 Safety Conferences in the US and Canada, Dale has educated, motivated and inspired tens of thousands of attendees.
Throughout his 30 years of safety experience, he has visited, toured and trained at over 1500 manufacturing plants and job sites that include virtually every aspect of industry, construction, municipality and utility. He has turned his focus to improving safety cultures through human behaviors. His fresh approach has not only had wide appeal but has delivered astounding results.
Dale is a Member of National Safety Council’s Executive Advisory Board and active member of American Society of Safety Professionals.
Eric White is a Construction Safety Consultant for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, Division of Safety & Hygiene. Mr. White has been with the Division for 20 years and in the safety field for 22 years. Prior to coming to work for the Division of Safety & Hygiene Mr. White held positions with the Mechanical Contractors’ Association, Honda of America, OHM Corporation and worked many years as a carpenter. He holds a BS in Environmental Hazardous Materials Management from the University of Findlay.
