Jessica Hiser and Heather Ogi from Spherion Mid-Ohio will be facilitating a discussion on the topic of employee retention. They will share insights from their experience and facilitate discussion based on your challenges with employee retention at the present time. The intent of the roundtable is to provide HR professionals an opportunity to interface with colleagues, exchange ideas, troubleshoot issues and provide support for each other. HR Connections is a partnership between the Orrville Area Chamber of Commerce ​​and the Wayne Area Human Resource Association ​​(WAHRA).

Who Should Attend

HR professionals employed by Orrville Area Chamber of Commerce member companies OR members of the WAHRA are welcome to participate in the roundtable. There is no charge to participate.
