Networking Empowers Women (N.E.W.) Roundtable

This one-hour roundtable discussion starts with the premise that Authentic leadership is about PRESENCE, LIVING IN THE MOMENT with conviction and confidence and STAYING TRUE TO YOURSELF.

As part of leaning into our authenticity, we will explore the important role that emotional intelligence plays, and how that terrific emotional intelligence area of SELF AWARENESS plays in focusing on our leadership strengths. Come with your learner hat on ready to move into a "growth mindset" as we understand the benefits of focusing deliberately on our leadership strengths and increasing our emotional intelligence in being an authentic leader.

The Orrville Area Chamber of Commerce invites members interested in networking with other women in leadership positions for personal and professional development to participate in the Networking Empowers Women (N.E.W.) Roundtable.
