Freddie is the Warning Coordination Meteorologist with the National Weather Service (NWS) Cleveland Ohio since August 2020. He is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has earned a degree in Meteorology from Jackson State University. Freddie wants to provide the connection between his office and the residents of northern Ohio. Freddie started his career at NWS Tupelo and transferred to NWS Amarillo early in his career. Freddie was promoted to Forecaster and Lead Forecaster at NWS New Orleans for most of his career. Freddie enjoys road trips and spending time with his family.

Alexa has been with NWS Cleveland since November of 2019. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Atmospheric and Oceanic Science from the University of Maryland in 2016 and spent three years conducting decision support services (DSS) in the private sector before making the move to Cleveland.

Karen is a Lead Meteorologist with the National Weather Service and has worked at the Cleveland Ohio office since 2011. She is originally from Columbus, Ohio and is a proud alumni of The Ohio State University where she got her degree in Atmospheric Science. Karen finds the challenges of forecasting in the Great Lakes Region fascinating, especially in the winter when the lake effect snow starts to fly. Karen started her career with the National Weather Service in Salt Lake City, Utah where she launched weather balloons and enjoyed both living near and forecasting for the mountains. She also spent many years working at the forecast office in Detroit, MI but is glad to be back in the Buckeye State. Karen enjoys doing just about anything outside, including hiking and spending time along the shores of Lake Erie.
