Human Resources Roundtable

With over 2.5 years at WRG, Jen brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as Vice President of Human Resources & Training at Wayne Savings Community Bank, where she served six years. She also has 12 years of experience in Human Resources with LifeCare Hospice in Wooster and Hospice of North Central Ohio in Ashland. Additionally, Jen has held HR positions at Hendrickson Trailer in Canton and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

Jen is actively involved in the Ohio insurance industry, serving on the Workforce Development Committee and the Insuring Ohio's Futures Committee. She is the President of the Wayne Area HR Association and a member of the Goodwill Board's Workforce Development Committee. Her past volunteer work includes serving om the Friends & Neighbors of OneEighty Board and the HR Committee for the Village Network. Jen is also a member of the Wooster Noon Lions Club.

Jen holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University. A lifelong resident of Wooster, she currently lives in Smithville with her twins, Calvin and Izzy, who are both graduating from college this year.
