Women in Leadership โ The Power of Positivity in a Dynamic Environment
Anyone has the ability to lead no matter stage of life or career. Leveraging essential leadership concepts can help better navigate through our professional AND personal life. Together, we will discuss the importance of remaining open to change (and even betterโฆ creating it), staying hopeful about the future and continuously improving our personal brand. Before we end, a quick reflection exercise outlining the skills and attributes of successful leadership will help us create a vision of what we can independently work toward.
Katie Koglman โ United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties
Rise to the Occasion? I don't think soโฆ
Katie will engage you with a strategy exercise that she knows works to raise the bar, raise money, and continue to break revenue records at United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties, Inc. She will teach you the formula for success that includes creativity, the ability to remain resilient, and a lot of grit. Be prepared to feel a host of emotions as she walks you through the challenges and victories of her life and career.

We all know Cinderella's impactful story, but have you thought about it like this? She was in a terrible situation and decided she wanted a different ending to her story. So, Cinderella did everything possible to create it. Ultimately, Cinderella didn't need a bibbidi, bobbidi, or a boo to rewrite history, everything she needed was within her. Today, you will learn how to rewrite history and create your own ending.
