Carrie Foy is the Executive Administration Manager at The J.M. Smucker Company. Through her 12 years with the company she has learned, facilitated and implemented leadership concepts centered around resonance, emotional intelligence, and open communication. Carrie holds a Bachelors Degree from The University of Mount Union, MBA from Ashland University and certifications from Case Western Reserve University in Emotional Intelligence and Project Management. She lives in Orrville with her husband Shane and their 3 children Jake, Reese and Eden.

I believe that women are the driving force of entrepreneurial growth & women-owned businesses are key to worldwide change, innovation, & advancement. When women start a coaching business they know who they want to serve, the problems they want to solve, & why they're passionate about serving their clients. It's a rare coach who actually knows how to coach. When coaches coach properly, they have a high return/retention rate, which awards them the ability to spend more time coaching & less time/money acquiring clients. I want all coaches to succeed in business & deeply desire to change the narrative about how coaches are perceived around the world.

Challenge accepted! Katie hits issues head on with creative solutions. Once voted, "most likely to prove us all wrong", she does not back down. If Katie is not drafting strategies or asking people for donations, she can be found dancing around the fire pit at the campground or shredding the karaoke stage ~badly~ somewhere.
